How does a QR menu work?

You build your menu in the panel, download the QR code and place it on tables. Guests scan it and the menu opens in the browser — no app needed.

Does the guest install an app?

No. The QR menu opens in the browser; guests don't need to install an app or sign up.

Does the QR code change when the menu changes?

No. Update the content as often as you like — the QR code stays the same. Print it once, use it forever.

In how many languages can the menu be shown?

The menu supports up to 8 languages (TR, EN, ES, DE, RU, FR, GA, IT). Guests pick their own.

Can I try it free?

Yes, you can try it without a card. If you like it, continue with a suitable plan.

What plans are available?

Starter, Professional and Enterprise. Exact prices and a comparison are on the Pricing page.

Why is annual billing better value?

The longer the term, the lower the unit price; annual plans are the best value. All prices include VAT.

How is payment made — is it secure?

Payment is taken in the panel via iyzico 3D Secure; we never see or store your card details.

What happens if I cancel?

You can choose not to renew; you keep using it until the end of the current term.

Do I need technical knowledge to set up?

No. Just open an account and add your products; everything is done in the panel in a few steps.

How quickly can I go live?

A small menu can go live in minutes. For large menus, bulk import via Excel speeds it up.

How do I migrate my existing menu?

Add items one by one, or bulk-upload categories, products, prices and allergens with the Excel template.

How do I get the logo QR code and table stickers?

Download the general or per-table QR from the panel; you can also export your menu as a PDF price list.

Is the panel hard to use?

No, it's a simple panel. Edit items, prices and photos easily and publish instantly.

Features & Usage

Can I show allergens, ingredients and diet badges?

Yes. Add allergen and ingredient info per item and mark them with vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and halal badges.

Can I customize the menu to my brand?

Yes. Set your logo, cover image and colors in the panel so the menu matches your brand.

Can I show a campaign or announcement?

Yes. Highlight a campaign or announcement in the menu with a popup banner.

Is there waiter call and ordering?

Yes. Guests can call the waiter from the table or build a cart and place an order (depending on your plan).

Can I get per-table QR and a PDF price list?

Yes. Generate a QR for each table and download your menu as a PDF price list too.

Technical & Security

Where is my data stored — is it GDPR/KVKK compliant?

Your data is kept on secure servers in line with data-protection principles. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Is data collected from guests who scan the menu?

No sign-up or personal data is needed to view the menu. If an order is placed, only the info needed to deliver it is used.

Is internet or a new phone required?

Since the menu opens in the browser it works on most phones, old or new; the guest only needs an internet connection.

Does the QR code expire — do I need to renew it?

No. The QR code is permanent; even if you update the menu it stays the same, no reprinting needed.

Multiple Branches

I have multiple branches — is that supported?

Yes. For multi-branch businesses you can manage each branch's menu separately (Enterprise plan).

Can each branch have its own QR?

Yes. Generate a separate QR per branch and table, and set prices per branch.
